Norifumi Suzuki - 鈴木 規文

With a background in general contracting, I worked in corporate planning at CCC before becoming Head of Corporate Administration. I was involved in the company’s IPO and its transition to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

I later founded Kids Base Camp, a next-generation after-school program, which was acquired by Tokyu Corporation just two and a half years after its launch.

After stepping down as a board member, I co-founded 01Booster Inc., where I currently serve as CEO. I hold an MBA.

Shinsuke Hamamiya - 浜宮 真輔

After working at a venture company, I joined IBM, where I worked as an engineer and project manager on financial sector projects. I later led IBM's startup support program, IBM BlueHub. In 2018, I moved to AWS, where I focused on venture capital business development. Since 2021, I have been driving startup investments at 01Booster while building the fund, and in 2022 I founded 01Booster Capital, where I serve as General Partner.

Fuyuki Tachiyama - 立山 冬樹

I began my career in the financial industry, where I was involved in large-scale domestic project finance, syndicated loans, and consulting services. I then joined a financial-sector venture capital firm, where I led the investment group and engaged in venture capital operations.

After that, I joined Strike, a leading M&A advisory firm, where I focused on startup M&A, providing both intermediary and advisory services and supporting multiple successful transactions.

In 2023, I joined 01Booster Capital, where I continue to support startups through investment and strategic guidance.

Kazuki Komori - 小森 一樹

At an economic organization, I was responsible for providing management support services to small and medium-sized enterprises at various stages, from startup to business succession, as well as operating and conducting loan reviews for institutional financing programs for SMEs. Additionally, I engaged in policy advocacy activities related to SME initiatives, launched a new venture matching startups with SMEs, and supported open innovation through industry-academia-government collaboration initiatives. At 01Booster, I am responsible for startup support in collaboration with local governments, business creation support for regional companies, project management, and related tasks.
